New applications are reviewed weekly. We try to keep the turnaround practical, but not everyone will be selected at the same time because the review process is based on actual role fit and country readiness.

No. We do not guarantee work, visa approval, or interview outcomes. We help people move into a better position by improving relevance, readiness, and targeting.
The easiest answer is: the one that matches your experience, your visa reality, and your time-off expectations. We generally start with the country whose role profile and work authorization route are the most realistic for your current profile.

Company ownership
MUSTER was founded by a small group of industry professionals who built the platform from decades of offshore and drilling experience: Richard Ervine (offshore operations), Wolter Malohing (crew & recruitment), and Cosmin Floarea (drilling engineering). Babs Omotowa joined as a strategic partner and chairman-level adviser, providing executive and international experience. The business remains privately held by its founding partners and leadership team.
